Terms of Service¶
These terms of service ("Terms") constitute an agreement between you and celsius narhwal ("celsius narhwal", "I", " me", "my") governing your access to and use of the 3515.games Discord bot and its website, www.3515.games (collectively " 3515.games"). By using or sharing a Discord server ("server") with 3515.games, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
celsius narhwal grants you a revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, license to use 3515.games in accordance with these Terms.
Intellectual Property¶
3515.games' source code is licensed under version 3 of the GNU Affero General Public License and may be used, modified, and redistributed in accordance with the terms of that license. Please see 3515.games' GitHub repository for a detailed breakdown of your rights and responsibilities with respect to 3515.games' source code.
The name "3515.games" is my proprietary property and may not be used to represent unaffilated projects or services without my express written permission.
Third-party intellectual property used by 3515.games belongs to its respective owners.
Usage Restrictions¶
Your use of 3515.games must remain in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You may not use 3515.games to do anything that is illegal under the laws of the United States of America.
You may not do anything to intentionally interfere with the normal operation of 3515.games.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use 3515.games.
Termination¶
I may terminate your use of 3515.games at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Likewise, you may terminate your use of 3515.games at any time by ceasing your use of this website leaving all Discord servers you share with the bot. The termination of your use of 3515.games carries with it the termination of this agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability¶
3515.games is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event will 3515.games or celsius narhwal be liable for any damages whatsoever that may arise from the use of 3515.games.
If you are dissatified with 3515.games or with these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your use of 3515.games as described in Termination.
Enforcement¶
My failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that provision.
Changes to the Terms¶
I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice. It is your responsibility to ensure you are up-to-date with the most current version of the Terms.
